Room without towels.

I recently stayed at Santa Felicita Apartments for a few nights. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Pitti Palace and the old bridge. It was incredibly convenient to find restaurants nearby, and there's even a cheap supermarket on the ground floor. The apartment itself was cozy and enjoyable, with comfortable beds and separate bedrooms. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge, washing machine, and iron. The staff was also very helpful and accepting of both credit card and cash payments. I highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Florence.

Room with 2 bathrooms. The apartment was in a central location, near good restaurants. Moreover, a supermarket and a convenience store were steps from the venue.

The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. We especially loved the friendly and helpful host, who gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Florence.

Great price and good communication. The lodging felt like home with comfortable furnishings. Expect a good night's sleep and the ability to prepare basic meals.

Parking is difficult and the unit is in need of maintenance. One shower and toilet seat were broken.

In my wife's opinion, a fan in the living room would have been great to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the entire apartment.

Convenient location, close to popular sights. Well-equipped apartment with air conditioning, two bathrooms, and a fridge/freezer. Helpful and friendly host. Comfortable beds and secure building.

The location was fabulous, right near the bridge with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment had free WiFi and a dining area. Housekeeping was limited, but who needs clean towels anyway?

Oh, and let's not forget the dusty and dirty floors, the old and falling apart toilet roll holders, and the shower that turned the bathroom into a water park. Just lovely.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms was absolutely amazing, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The spacious apartment had everything we needed, including a convenient fridge/freezer and two bathrooms with quality towels. The mini ice tray was a super handy touch. The location, although initially tricky to find, turned out to be perfect with a grocery store and plenty of restaurants and a bakery with mind-blowing cannoli's just around the corner. The young lady who met us was kind and helpful, and communication with Francesco was excellent. We highly recommend this place for its superb location near the famous bridge and its functional amenities.

The room at Santa Felicita Apartments was absolutely amazing. It had a cozy kitchenette with all the appliances you need and a comfortable seating area. I felt right at home!

Personally, I didn't really like the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, some people might find it useful!
